Am I in labor? Should I go to the hospital or wait

These are basically my contractions. Ive been having them since 1 am but I just started writing them down a couple of hours ago. I’ve been writing down when I have one...Ik you’re supposed to time them but this was the easiest way for me to keep track the best I can. It hurts a lot when I get a contraction and idk if I’m in labor or not I’m sitting in the tub trying to soothe the pain and Idk if I should go to the hospital or not. I’m trying to wait for them to get closer. What should I do? Please help!
