Help ease my troubled mind...

I’ve done five tests, all positives and I’m officially five days late. Last night we had intercourse and right after I started bleeding bright red. It lasted about 20 minutes and then stopped. Nothing since. This morning I was still worried, I took another test and it had the prettiest positive. I understand that it would still show a positive this morning but mentally I needed to see it. I called my doctor and spoke to her nurse. I’m 4 weeks and 3 days. She said unfortunately if it’s a miscarriage nothing can be done, which I understand. She said because it didn’t last very long and I’m not experiencing major cramping, I should take it easy, lots of water and test again one week from today. If it’s positive then I have a doctor appointment next month.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Last night was the first time in two weeks that we’ve been intimate due to schedules and kids.
