Super early?!

Hey ladies! So I went to my ob appointment today. I liked her however she did not do a upt she did do an ultrasound in office no sac but there was an area of thickened lining. She said that's where the sac should be so she thinks I'm only 3 weeks. I go back in 3 weeks. Got my hcg drawn today its only at 227 she said if I habe no cramping or bleeding she will not order a redraw. According to glow I should be 6 weeks. According to glow nuture I'm 5 weeks. Welp she said my count must be off. I keep track of my periods I know my last one started on 08/08 glow said my next one should start on 09/11. We bd on 08/28 and 09/11 got faint positive on 09/12 and have taken several tests since then all have been positive including one last night. Could it really be that i ovulated or implanted that late? I have been terified since I got that poaitive test idk why I was not this bad with my last pregnancy. I have no one to talk to my husband is not a man of many words as is and when it comes to this stuff he really shuts down. My sons turned 2 today.on top of all this him and I are both battling some allergies or a cold I'm not sure which. I just wanna cry.
