Breast milk tips?

This is my first time posting in this group. I ended up having to deliver my sweet baby boy 5 weeks early and am having a hard time with milk supply. Anyone have any tips to help boost my milk supply up and have it come in faster?

Is he being fed through you or an mg tube in the nicu?  I pumped 8 times a day and nursed 4 times a day while baby was in the nicu.  When my supply started lagging behind his intake, I mimicked a cluster feed by pumping every hour for 2 days (every 2 hours overnight).
Drink tons of water (I drink 120 oz of water, sparkling water, and G2 a day).  Eat lots of healthy calories including healthy fats and proteins.  Take your prenatals and an omega.  And try to de-stress a bit.  I know it’s easier said than done when you have an early one but you really need to focus on you and baby right now and shut out any other stressors.
