Vomiting

So I’ve had a cold the last few days but last night I was coughing to clear the flem in my throat, up all night blowing my nose and taking gavison for my horrible heartburn.

This morning I woke up to having little ones feet stuck under my ribs and it was so freaking painful. Now I’m vomiting. Because I haven’t had breakfast yet and just having a lazy morning in bed with my partner all I’m vomiting up is fluid and nothing else.

Should I call my midwife and let her know or does this sound like reflux and coughing has brought it up? 🤷‍♀️
