Advice please don’t know what’s wrong

So according to the app I’m two days late now, I had the usual af type cramping but it turned into stabbing pain on my right side low down.it was really uncomfortable there for around ten minutes it comes and goes but at one point I was crying it was that uncomfortable. I took four opks over the last two days I’ve included a picture I know none of them are a strong positive I just don’t know what’s going on especially with this stabbing pain on the right side
