How long would an ectopic pregnancy go on with no symptoms ?

I’m about 5 weeks and have my first appointment and ultrasound for 8 weeks. I haven’t had any type of symptom but of course I’m very paranoid. If it were ectopic would I have known something was wrong by now? When would symptoms start? Ty babes

Im 4 weeks too and no simptoms.  If were ectopic hoy would hey cramps spotting and pelvic pain (hard) i read this in Google. In scared too cuse my cng level are going Up slow. God bless our pregnancy and Every pregnant woman

8-9 weeks when it ruptures. 
There are symptoms to watch out for as far as ectopic. Pelvic pain. Shoulder pain. Bleeding/spotting, severe abdominal pain/pelvic pain etc. any of these you should reach out to your OB and/or ER.
