3rd baby

I'm 20wks pregnant I don't feel pressure but my vag is swollen and hurts so bad like sore and veins bulging is this normal for me being pregnant for a 3rd time in 3 years orrrrr do I need to bring it up to my ob which I probably will anyways I just wanna know if anyone else has experienced this I know the baby's ok it's just me in pain
