Constipated

I've been starting to slowly switch to formula, i've started with similac sensitive as it's been the best for my other two kids but now she's constipated I can tell she's trying to go but can't or it hurts what can I give her or how do I help besides massgaing her tummy and doing bicycle legs she's 1 month
