Yes im 15w and its all come back worse than ever

I am still taking nausea pills! I still get really bad motion sickness and sometimes i still puke. The one thing i am noticing is that i am very exhausted all the time now more tired than i was in the first trimester.

27 weeks and some of my first trimester symptoms have come back as well. I’m exhausted all the time 😴
