Need to know how much zinc is in my prenatal
How much zinc does it mean this pack has? Because I want to supplement with zinc and vit c but I don’t want to take more than 40mg of zinc.
Zinc sulfate monohydrate(zinc 15 mg) 41.6 mg,
I looked it up and it said that zinc sulfate mono hydrate is 23 % zinc. So that means it has 15mg zinc in it, is this correct? So confusing!
