Similac Alimentum?

We just switched our baby over from Similac total comfort to Similac alimentum due to a milk protein allergy. Usually she eats just fine and about 4 oz. every 4-5 hrs throughout the night. she only ate about 1-2 oz during each feeding and she cried during the feedings. It seemed almost like she did not want to eat it. I’ve noticed since starting the formula her poop has gone from watery green to a more solid brown. Just not sure about her not wanting to eat it?? It smells horrible so maybe she doesn’t like the taste.. I’m just not sure what to do. Other than the feedings the formula seems to be working great for her. Please comment w any similar experiences, also this is the 4th formula we’ve had to try and she’s been on it for almost 24 hours.
