How many of you ladies conceived your rainbow baby before getting your period back after a miscarriage?

I'm trying to be patient and have the if it happens, it happens, attitude..but I also really want to use opks to help us try and conceive our rainbow..

What did you do, and what worked for you? I know everyone is different, but I'd just appreciate some positive stories to help my husband and I out with getting some hope that it can happen maybe soon for us.
