So this morning I was asleep at 4am woken up by my bf touch me and trusting his thing inside I just lay there and he keep humping I woke up confused and realized it was him didn’t do anything just stair at him.is this rape or I watch too much 13 reasons why?

I have different boundaries. My husband will literally wake me up with his pants off wanting to have sex 🤷🏼‍♀️

Unless you have discussed it beforehand and explicitly given ongoing permission for sleek sex (some couples have had this discussion/agreement), then yes, it’s rape. Absolutely talk to him and tell him it’s no okay with you. If he does it again without explicit consent, I would definitely leave him

but for you, you need to be comfortable and have boundaries. However if you’ve never addressed said boundaries, he wouldn’t know. And there is a slight possibility you did respond while asleep and just don’t remember. (Similar to sleep talking/walking)

Was he asleep too? Did you initiate the sex even if you were asleep? Did he know you were asleep? 
There are lots of factors that make it either rape or not rape.  If he was also asleep or didn't know you were asleep and you were having sleep sex then no it's not rape. If he knee you were asleep and had sex with you without consent then yes it is.
