Eczema

Baby was diagnosed with eczema at his two month visit. It was mainly located to his elbows and arms. Told to use cerave lotion and wash, free and clear detergent, and hydrocortisone for red areas for a week. That all seemed to help his arms and elbows. But now a month later and it’s spread to his back. Anyone else experienced this? Any recommendations on what we should do for flare ups like this?
