Am I still in for this cycle?

I am ttc baby #2. According to this app it says I would be 4 weeks and 3 days today. I am 4 days late from AF. My cervix is dropping lower and my CM shows no signs of AF. It is so creamy and white and will be watery and creamy and I feel like I've peed a little all the time and my underwear is wet. I've had this cervical mucus for about 2 weeks. I started testing at 12dpo and I have gotten negative hpt. Last hpt I took was on Friday. I plan to test tomorrow morning I will be 19dpo. Am I still in the game for this cycle? Or should I just come to terms with not being pregnant this round?
