Some advice please

I am a 17year old mom with a nearly 9 month old son. And just today discovered I am pregnant again. Did not plan it and used condoms since the pill does not work for me. I live together with my partner who's the father of both and we planned on getting married in the soon future. Our families are Christian. We simply can not really afford a second baby right now but abortion definitely is not in the picture. As isn't adoption. Anyone has any advice on our next steps right now?
