YEAST INFECTION????

So for a couple of days I’ve had slight pain when peeing and other UTI symptoms that were not too bad but this morning I woke up and the symptoms were worse... pain when peeing, only peeing a little bit, itching around the opening of my vagina and general discomfort. I just went to hop in the shower and decided to have a look to see if there was anything abnormal and I found these white bits only around the opening. They come off if I wipe them but the area is red and hurts. Is this a yeast infection??? Or something else. Help!!! (Photo is very zoomed in of the white bumps)
