I did with my first and third pregnancy. My first, my ex’s mom asked me if I was pregnant when I mentioned I couldn’t get rid of these weird annoying cramps. She was right. 😳 Three weeks later, I did end up miscarrying, but that timespan is far enough that the cramps were definitely just implantation. Third pregnancy, I had cramps from like four to seven weeks. Not severe, but they were definitely there. My third pregnancy gave me my son!

Lil cramping is normal, your baby is attaching..forming a sack ect..now if you have a severe cramping is cause for alarm..or if the cramping is always in same spot on a side of uterus i would get to emerg .
