Can anyone tell me what type of rash this is? I’m not sure if it’s eczema or ringworm . I’m not sure what to put on it .

I wouldn't put anything on it and I would go to the doctor asap. My son has eczema and that doesn't look like anything he's had

I would take that one to the doctor and get it officially diagnosed.  Eczema responds to lotions or steroids, but that will make ringworm go out of control.
