Pregnant again? Confused

Hey ya’ll i’ve been trying not to get my hopes up but i figured i’d come here to see what everyone else thinks. So i found out i was pregnant in may, but sadly began to miscarry early July and was given medicine to pass it completely July 10th. I bled for about 12 days then they began tracking my HCG back down to 5 after that. I was told during my visit September 5th that my levels had finally reached 5 but i knew that since i had gotten my first period since April on August 25th-the 31st. Now the past few days i’ve taken a bunch of tests, all looking faintly positive, my question is do you ladies think this is left over hcg even though my levels should no longer be detectable? Or a new pregnancy
