Clear blister on nipple - very painful!

Hi ladies,

I have a clear blister on my nipple, it's mainly my fault because I became lazy with nursing and let the weight of the pillow hold him rather than me cradle him so his latch became poor (luckily it's just my right nipple)

However, I now know the issue and will nurse him properly. I'm looking for a solution/treatment to heal my blister. I want to avoid it from becoming clogged.

It's not a milk bleb I don't think because it's not white. But it hurts so much when nursing and to the touch.
