EBF mamas: do you drink?

I've read the research and feel comfortable doing it, but just wondering if I'm in the minority or majority! 🍷 Cheers, June mamas!

I answered no but I rarely drink in any situation. So not drinking while BF isn’t a big deal. It’s been years since my last drink and I haven’t been pregnant or BF that whole time.

On occasion and it's usually right after she goes down for the night. I'll have one glass of wine or a girly drink lol and it usually gives me 4-6 hours before she eats again.

I’ve read that it’s safe to have one or two but I’m always too paranoid. I’m a lightweight so I’m scared that two drinks would pass into my milk a lot easier than others

But I don’t really drink normally. I did have a of champagne two weeks ago and I felt fine, could 100% drive a car so fed her

I have a beer almost every day! It really helps my milk supply, and I have it with food so I don’t feel anything. 
If I want a glass of wine, I have to make sure to drink a lot of water or I’ll get noticeably less milk in my Haakaa.

I don't but only because I bedshare with my baby otherwise I totally would have a tipple or 2.

I didn't drink before.
Apparently it's safe though, as long as you're not going crazy. I think the midwife said that your blood alcohol level thing is the same as what is in your breast milk? Or less?
