Anyone get bbt rise with aunt Flo?
Just curious if anyone else gets a bbt rise with aunt Flo?
I'm on cycle day 3
Day of aunt flow arrived my bbt was 36.72°=98.096F
Cycle day 2 bbt was 36.72°
Today cycle day 3 bbt 36.78°=98.204F
Is it normal for temp rise (I do my temp by Vagina so I'm aware temp may also be slightly higher)
I'm new 2 bbt charting 😊
