I would make it longer. Blair Annalise, Blair Anabel, Blair AnnMarie, etc :) I agree with the person above that the one syllable is what’s making it sound off

Maybe add a second middle name to break up the short syllables?
For example, Blaire Rylee Ann or Blaire Sofia Ann (just picked a couple random names to show what I meant)
