My son came down with a fever last week and now that the fever is gone he has a runny nose and is having a hard time drinking his milk and sleeping due to not being able to breathe with a stuffed up nose. Any tips?

I tried bathroom steaming, saline sprays, suctioning, but he HATES you getting anything near his nose. He will cry hysterically. He does the same when I try to feed him anything through a medicine dropper. Any other ideas? Getting desperate and extremely upset seeing him like this. Don’t want him dehydrated or lethargic. TIA.
