How early can you test positive?

Question

I tested about a week ago with a negative but would like to test again just to see because I’ve been feeling odd and my period is about 4 days late now. (I know a slightly late period does not necessarily mean pregnancy) but I’m just wondering when I would be able to test again without it being too early for anything to show up

I tested at 9 dpo - negative and got a very obvious positive at 11 dpo. Just take another test if you're wondering.

I find out very early took a test at home and it was very fant and then a week after went to the doc the nurse said it was a negative but doctor comes in said it’s positive but very very early and to come find out i was about 4 weeks pregnant so depends on ur period and how crazy u are like i was when u really go crazy testing with pink dye test and i did  ovulation testing the next day after my period and I thought it was wrong because i ovulated two days after my period ended and i am not 24 weeks pregnant with my daughter after a miscarriage at the end of February

Typically if you’re already late and have a regular cycle... it should already be showing up.
