I washed everything before going to hospital.  When you get home you will be in no mood to wash/clean/wipe down/organize.  So do it before hospital! (If you can) exciting :)

You dont have to wash all, but definitly wash before they wear it. I wouldnt want my itty bitty wearing something straight from store where a bunch of people touch them, or can spread germs all over it.
