Possibly left a tampon inside me?

I went out and got blackout drunk however I probably did go pee when I got home and would’ve taken it out then. When I woke up in the morning the first thing I did was look for my tampon string and couldn’t feel it. I felt all inside in my vagina and couldn’t feel anything except my iud strings. Do you think I’m in the clear? I’m pretty sure I would’ve felt a tampon in there if I could feel my iud.
