I should have started my period today but I haven't.. I been having these cramps some get really intense or sometimes they are weird.. I am normally on time or early but not this month.. I am a mother of a almost 7 month old and Dr's have told me I only had and still have a 50% chance of getting pregnant due to something I inherited from my dad.. I have something called Noonan syndrome and there are 12 different types of this.. Any advice would be greatly appreciate
