HELP!!

so i’ve been on nexplanon for a while now and i recently got put on topamax. well the other day i read the bottle and it said it can affect birth control (cancel it out) but the doctor didn’t tell me that. the reason why i’m worried is about 2 days ago the condom broke and you know what happens after that. i’ve looked up on websites if it does interact with nexplanon and some websites say no, and some say yes. i’m 17 and i really don’t need kids right now, i just need to know if i should worry.
