My period is late but pregnancy test is negative. Help! Advice please

Hello everyone. Need advice.

So I’m 9days late for my period. On the 5th day I took a pregnancy test but the test came out negative and then today the 9th day I took a pregnancy test again and it’s negative. How long do I wait and take a pregnancy test? Here’s my photos to help you guys and yes I do have sex a lot. Me and my partner been trying for a baby for 8months now. Early this year I had a ectopic pregnancy miscarriage on January 9th 2019. What should I do? Thank you and baby dust to everyone 💚🌈🙏🏽
