Any suggestions?...

So me and my husband have been trying to conceive for going on 2 years now (November to be exact) and we have literally tried EVERYTHING I've researched on how to "boost our chances" of getting pregnant .. But nothing has worked . Went to my OB and I have gotten all the tests done and nothing is wrong with me (except I have irregular periods) and my husband is a "stud muffin" as she called it 😂 ... (Meaning his sperm is perfect) . I just don't know what else to do .. Help ?..
