My rainbow has finally arrived! After 3 days of labor, 15 hours active labor, and 1 hour of an epidural because I had too much fluid for her to engage in my pelvis so they had to give me an epidural just in case I had to have an emergency csection due to cord prolapse if they broke my water. Luckily 20 min after the epidural was placed my water broke on its own, 10 min after that i was dilated to a 9 and 5 min after that I was 10cm and pushed for 2 minutes or less to welcome this gorgeous baby into the world. Èmara Averie was born at 10:13am 9/23/2019 weighing 7lbs 11oz and being 19.5 inches long! Healthy as can be!
