Help ladies! Baby #3???

So we have two awesome kids. Hubby is on board with #3 but doesn’t care either way lol. So I’ve just recently been promoted and i really want another baby but people that I work with look down on that. The second I’m gone someone will scoop up my job. I know legally I’m entitled to what I had coming back (1 year off- im in Canada)...but it’s never the same. I’m worried I know how rusty ill be. Anyway, I’m not sure if I’m just really nervous this time around or if I’m over thinking it.. or if I’m second guessing having another. We have no reason not to add to our family other than me being all over the place. I don’t want to wait a few years. Basically it’s now or never. Help! Advice!? No negativity please.
