Too Much DHA?
*Disclaimer: I will ask my doctor this question if I get pregnant. For now, I’m just wondering what you ladies know.
I’m currently taking a prenatal with 200mg DHA, which seems to be pretty common in prenatals I’ve researched. However, some reviews I read say 200mg is way too little.
I do have a stand-alone DHA supplement that is 350mg that I could add if I get pregnant, but would 550mg total be too much?
AGAIN, I will ask my doctor IF I get pregnant. Just looking for some discussion for now. 😊
