Misscariages

Hi ladies, it's been a little bit since I've been one due to the fact I had a misscarriage and found out I carry antibodies in my blood which is why I keep having misscarriages. For the last few days I have felt like I am failing as women, this is #2 that we are trying for and our daughter is dying for a sibling. She knows we lost the baby and is heart broken. My doctor has told me to take 81 mg of aspirin and call him when I'm pregenant, so I can come in and get a shot of some sort to help with my blood. Has anyone else gone through this? Do you have any suggestions to help me out?
