I was diagnosed with hereditary high blood pressure last year (23). I was on a BP medicine and I just changed yesterday to Hydralazine so it’s safe for pregnancy. On my old medicine my blood pressure would stay under 120/80. Since this is day two, my blood pressure has stayed 120-130/80-89. This worries me. Has any other woman been on blood pressure medicine during pregnancy and it stayed a little high?

I’m thinking he might have to increase my dosage, I’ll be calling in the morning, but I was just simply curious!
