Left or right side?

Is it ok to sleep on your right side while pregnant. I'm 11 weeks Wednesday and hear so many different things

You’re fine to sleep however you want at 11 weeks. The left side is best later on in pregnancy though

You can sleep on whatever side you want. And back if you want and stomach. Sleep however you are comfortable until it’s not comfortable anymore. I’m 32 weeks and can only sleep on my back 99% of the night.

For now, any position (even belly would be fine). When you start to get larger, you left side is best

I’m 36 weeks and I sleep on my right and left side, my doctor has no issue with it. I toss and turn and swap sides all night every night

So side sleeping is the best. I've read you can sleep on your belly, but the bigger you get the more uncomfortable it is. I've struggled through this pregnancy because I'm a back sleeper. I've tried my hardest to not sleep on my back, because my research and OB said it's not good for the baby. :(

38 weeks tomorrow and I sleep on my left, right, back something stomach hahaha just depends if I fall asleep before the baby is awake and having a party. By default I tend to lay more on my left only because I like facing the wall. You’re so early it doesn’t even matter
