How did you tell your SO??

I'm looking for ideas! I have a few of my own but keep changing my mind. He comes home Wednesday and I have known since LAST WEDNESDAY! I want it to be special but I also just wanna blurt it out the minute he walks through the door..

I told him I got him a gift during the day so when he got home at 7pm I handed him this

Nothing special this time. I took a test and ran out and screamed “we did it!” then I shoved the test in his face haha. Since I’ve been pregnant so many times I just wanted to share the joy as quickly as possible before my anxiety kicked in... I do plan on doing some thing special when we find out the gender.

I went to Target and told him I was getting him some clothes. (He doesn't need clothes so he was confused). I bought a couple of cute footies, Dad's rootbeer and a card. Put that stuff and the pregnancy tests in a bag! Then when I got home I asked if he wanted to see his new clothes!

With the first one, my husband was out of town so I had a while to think about it. I bought a  blank wooden puzzle and put a poem on it. I kept the last piece that said he was going to be a dad, and put it in after he put the rest of the puzzle together.  I did the puzzle because he does wood working and made one to propose to me. For the second, I sent a text of the test because I could not wait to tell him. We tried for 2 years.
