Around 6-8 weeks. He doesn't poop at night and diapers are made to hold a lot of pee and keep them dry! Maybe it's different for boys and girls though.

Neither of my babies ever pooped in the night so I stopped with my first around 3 months as she was in cloth and it needed to be done and switched to disposable during the night and with my son I never changed his diaper during the night. They have never had rashes and never leaked through their diapers. That being said some babies need it cause they pee excessively In the night, they get rashes easily or if they poop they must be changed.

If she’s awake due to being wet, I’ll change her, but if she’s awake to nurse, I won’t unless it’s poop. She’s 13 months. We don’t wake to change her, but we’ll change her if she’s crying.

My LO started sleeping through the night around 2-3weeks. So that’s when. Let a sleeping baby sleep. But when he wakes up we change and feed.
