Breast milk supply
Okay so I had only gave my baby the breast milk I was taking out to relieve myself and then stopped. He just turned 2 months and I still have breast milk just not how I used to obviously. I already made an appointment with a lactation consultant but do you mommies have any advice on ways I could increase. I have guilt for not breastfeeding him and really want to now especially with winter coming up
