I’m terrified....
First time mom here. Due November 1st. I have been anxious for my little girl to get here bur lately I’ve gotten more and more nervous for her arrival.
I broke down last night crying because I’m terrified that I won’t be able to handle my little girl and everything else in my life. I’m also terrified of the labor process. I have horrible anxiety and had to go off my meds for this pregnancy. Words of advice? Someone help.
