Was this an implantation dip?

Could that dip at 6dpo have been an implantation dip? My temps seem to have risen since then and I felt cramping (like very mild af cramps) at 6dpo and some at 7dpo on and off. Now I feel normal.

Implantation dips are more of a 'myth', and are actually very rare in reality! Ignore all temp fluctuations during your luteal phase (so many women over analyze, and consequently stress) over every little dip and rise after O. Ignore that! You only need to focus on the 3 elevated temps after O, and a substantial dip right before AF. (Or 16+ days of elevated temps signifies potential pregnancy) but all dips and blips in between do not need to be stressed about! Good luck!!!

Implantation only happens at 6dpo about 0.5% of the time. 85% of implantations occur between 8-10dpo.
Implantation dips aren’t as common as one would think, and this looks like a normal step-climb type chart.
