Labor nearing?!

37 weeks and 3 days and I think I’m driving myself crazy Trying to figure out what’s labor and what’s not, I’ve been in preterm labor twice so far but today I can’t pin point what’s going on, I woke up with period like cramps and the feeling like I need to 💩, can’t use the bathroom at all but the cramps stay without letting up. Made breakfast and about 30 minutes later I’m in the bathroom puking everything up and now I’m just puking bile still with these cramps, is labor near or do I just have a bug? I was 3.5 cm dilated at my last appointment anyone else have these labor signs before?
