Late Period

My period is now 11 days late. I took a pregnancy test six days ago and got a negative result. My boobs were really sore and I’ve been getting cramps on and off since yesterday but the weird thing is that I have this strange pain in my lower left abdomen whenever pressure is applied to my bum (so like when I sit down or sit up after lying down). I’m googling everything and I can’t seem to get any proper answers...and I can’t just go to the doctor cause my parents can’t know about this. I feel really worried. Please give me some advice.

EDIT: oh and I forgot to mention that abortion is illegal in my country so...I am beyond panicked rn
