My sister and I are both pregnant (yay!). Her due date is about 7 weeks after mine. We are planning each other’s baby showers and I’m struggling with when to have hers. I don’t want to do it too close to my due date in case my baby comes early, but she doesn’t want it to be too far in advance of her own due date (and she also has a number of scheduling conflicts we have to work around). We’ve talked about doing it on a date that is a little less than three weeks before my due date. This is my first pregnancy to go past the first trimester, so I’m not sure what to expect from my third trimester. Am I crazy for thinking I can host my sister’s baby shower when I am 37 weeks pregnant?
