I think I have pinworms but too freaked out to check

I'm 18 years old and am not around children so I'm not sure where I would have gotten them. the thought seriously makes me want to faint and cry I hate the thought of bugs or parasites anywhere near me. I'm afraid to do the scotch tape test. basically what's been happening is my anus is super itchy even though I wipe good and wash myself and have good hygiene. The only thing I've been able to find on it is pinworms. Is there anyway to get rid of them naturally? Will they go away on their own? I'm seriously so freaked out😅😅😅 And so itchy.
