How can I sleep?!
I’m 24 weeks pregnant and I CANNOT SLEEP. Last night I got a whopping 1 hr and 45 mins of sleep. The maternity pillow is not working for me anymore. I try to do some light yoga/stretching before bed but all it does is get me relaxed which is nice but it’s not what I need in order to sleep. I find myself on my back all the time but I know it’s not ideal for blood flow to the baby. Any tips on what I can do or buy to help my sleep situation? I work full time and I’m desperate for some nice sleep 🥺😩
