Baby has done a poo within an hour of falling asleep, hasn’t woken. What would you do?

Daughter has done a poo in her nappy (heard it and can smell it). She’s stayed asleep. Lying here in bed trying to figure out whether I should change her or whether I should leave her until she wakes up. She usually has uninterrupted sleep for another 6ish hours so it will be a long time, but it isn’t bothering her clearly as she hasn’t woken up. If I wake her up to do it she most definitely will cry and will take ages to get back down.

Just don’t know what to do!
